The MeetUp group is called Dim Sum, Sushi... and other Delights!
"... and other delights" definitely includes "The Gay Hussar" Hungarian Restaurant. It is an absolute gem. As their website states, the menu has a range of exciting dishes including:
Chilled Wild Cherry Soup (beware, contains alcohol !), or, Fish Dumplings in Creamy Dill and Mushroom, or, ... A rich selection of main courses (my personal favourite being the smoked goose!) Poppy Seed Strudel, or, Walnut Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce, or... The lunch menu is good value (compared to evening) and they don't open on Sunday lunch, so that's why we've gone for a Saturday lunchtime. I've booked the Private Room on the 1st floor so we can hear eachother talk and chill out. So, sign-up so as not to be dissappointed!
There is a small, 1 pound per person, non-refundable, event fee to help towards organiser MeetUp fees and incidental costs.
