Join us in June for an extraordinary DIMSUM X BREATHWORK & MEDITATION event featuring [Tom 'Rua' Williamson](https://www.unplug.com/teachers-new/tom-williamson). As a healing artist, inspirational speaker, and co-steward of [BRT Studio](https://www.brt.studio/), Rua harnesses the power of breathwork to guide his clients into profound states of bliss and freedom. With his unique approach, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, allowing them to co-author their lives with love and intention.

We will start with breathwork and meditation followed by a serene transition to a delectable dim sum feast and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake at Centennial Park, where we take care of our minds and make our bellies happy, all while prioritizing mental well-being and self-care during Mental Awareness Month. 🌿
