Sleep is one of the foundations of good health.
A good night's sleep with deep rest in one of life's true pleasures.

However, in today's society of information overload and endless activities, getting a decent night's sleep can be elusive.

Join this workshop to learn Ayurvedic strategies around sleep. Taking medications to sleep or even taking herbs to sleep is not the goal. We need to change our fundamental habits, daily routine, sometimes even our thoughts in order to drift off into slumber.

This will be an interactive workshop limited to 5 people. We will get to the root of your sleep issues and come up with a plan. The $50 fee include a 15 minute check-in one month from now to see how things have progressed and troubleshoot any obstacles that popped up.

This will not be a lecture. It will involve inquiry practice, some journaling, and perhaps a guided meditation.
