Mediterranean Dinner: The Mediterranean Grill!

Details
It's been ages since we've had a true pan-Mediterranean dinner, so I decided the time was nigh. We enjoyed a dinner at Mediterranean Grill when it first opened in summer of 2010, so it's been more than long enough. I just had dinner there again, and if anything, it's even better now than it was then! So clearly, it's time for a return visit!

Cuisine - The Mediterranean Grill really does cover almost the entire Mediterranean, with dishes from Morocco, Israel, Lebanon, Greece, Italy, and Spain. For an appetizer, consider the delicious Moroccan "Cigars", spiced beef fried in rolled phyllo, or perhaps the (Greek) stuffed grape leaves with rice, pine nuts, and raisins (and they're even vegan!). If you enjoy kebabs, there are Spanish, Italian, Greek, and Lebanese versions available with chicken, beef, or lamb. Morocco gets another visit with the amazing Moroccan meatballs with peas; Greece, with both the gyro platter and grilled chicken souvlaki. From Lebanon, you might consider the falafel or the hummus; or from Israel, the kubbah. From Italy there is the salmon in pesto cream, which might be the best salmon (or pesto!) that I've ever tasted! (There's also a wonderful chicken schnitzel, which isn't remotely Mediterranean, but the chef just happens to like it!) Bottom line, you've got a great selection of cuisines from the region with incredible selections from each... you can't go wrong!
Cost - Despite incredible food and a great variety, the prices at the Mediterranean Grill are incredibly low. Appetizers and large salads are all under $7, and entrees start at about $11 and max out with only a couple over $20; most are in the mid teens. For great and creative food like this, you'd be hard-pressed to beat these prices!
Other Info - Mediterranean Grill is on the left end of a small strip center on Chesterfield Airport Rd, one block west of Long Rd - just west of the Walgreens. Plenty of parking right out front.
I'm looking forward to seeing lots of my west county foodies at the Mediterranean Grill on Wednesday March 12th!
