Thai Dinner: Addie's Thai House!

It's been a year and a half since we've had a delicious Thai dinner, and six years since we've visited Addie's, possibly my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. And in the intervening time, Addie's has moved to a much larger location, so I decided it's high time to pay them another visit!
Cuisine - Addie's offers a great cross-section of Thai favorites. Some of their appetizers are true standouts, such as the chicken satay, the fried sweet potatoes with coconut and ground peanuts, or the Thai-style skewered beef in coconut cream, pepper, and Thai seasoning. Yum! Among the entrees, you'll find traditional Thai preparations such as sweet basil, Pra Ram Long (with carrots, spinach, and peanut sauce, another of my favorites), or garlic and pepper. You'll also find excellent preparations of all your favorite Thai curries (red, yellow, green, Panang, and Mussaman), with your choice meats. Naturally, they have a large vegetarian selection, as well as noodles and fried rice. But then there are the house specialties, and these really elevate Addie into a class of their own. Dishes like Trout in green curry with eggplant, Chuu Chee Salmon (a rich sweet red curry), Pad Pong Garee Talay (shrimp, crab, scallops, and calamari in curried seafood sauce), roasted duck curry, and Crispy Bangkok Beef... these are some gourmet Thai dishes you won't find just anywhere!
Cost - As we all know, prices have skyrocketed in the last couple years, and while Addies has done their best to keep prices reasonable, they aren't one of the cheapest places around. Most of the appetizers are around $10, and most of the main meals are in the low $20s, with a few of the more exotic dishes in the $30s. Not cheap, to be sure, but for my money Addie's offers some of the most delicious Thai food around and they're easily worth it!
Other Info - Addie's is located on the south side of Olive Blvd, a couple miles west of Hwy 141, in the area called Hog Hollow. Plenty of free parking right in front of the restaurant and some more around the right side.
