Appetizer (at least 1 from each country):
China- Sherrie (pot stickers), Sheri Savoy (Pot stickers), Sylvester (eggrolls)
Vietnam- Kiyomi (maybe?? spring rolls)

Main Dish(at least 1 from each country):
China- Kathy D (Kung Pao Chicken), Kelly (beef & gochujang mayo with rice & bok choy)
Vietnam- Melanie (Cà Ri Gà, Vietnamese Curry Chicken)

Side(at least 2 from each country):
China- Midge (mandarin orange salad with mix greens), Murial (??),
Vietnam- Cathy (sweet and sour mango salad), Jeanne (Noodle Salad with Chicken), David (garlic noodles)

Dessert(1 from each country):
China- Judy (Almond cookies)
Vietnam-

Alcoholic Beverage(1 per country):
China- Marilyn, Lois (Sake)
Vietnam-

Please bring your own preferred adult beverage. I will have water and tea. I will also provide the paper and plastic ware.
