HEY BABE! opened last year in the Maverick Hotel, formerly known as the ACE Hotel, and originally as the East Liberty YMCA. It has rapidly become known for craft cocktails & mocktails, shareable plates, and a creative menu. It is a very, very popular lounge and restaurant. Owners Danielle Cain and Rob Hist, have years of experience in the restaurant industry and have created a beautiful, welcoming space with an outstanding menu. They have just elegantly restored & opened the more intimate dining room, where they now accept reservations.
The emphasis is on shareable plates such as Smoked Lamb. Crispy Eggplant, Cheese Plate, Salmon Tartare, and more. They also offer salads, sandwiches, large entrees, and divine desserts. Vegan & gluten-free menus are available too.

ACCESSIBILITY: A lift is available on the left side of the building next to the East Liberty branch of the Carnegie Library, in the wide, well-lit walkway from the Public Parking Lot located behind the building.
Restrooms are on the level below the restaurant with elevator access.
PARKING is available on Whitfield Street or in a very large city lot behind the hotel and the library.
