Murray Hill Osso Buco at Villa Berulia

With more than 4 decades of history, this classic "red sauce" Italian restaurant in Murray Hill offers a warm Mediterranean feeling to the setting with grotto like rooms, arched ceiling, nooks and crannies. A sophisticated establishment specializing in Northern Italian fare with some Croatian influence from the owners, reminding the diner that the northwestern part of Croatia used to belong to Italy. The family run establishment attracts plenty of regular local patrons, as well as private celebratory parties.

Got hankering for a large classic osso buco with plenty of marrow, so we will be getting (2). Also save some room for the dessert trolley. Only 6 spots.
