Ramen Sanshiro/Japanese Brunch at Vert Frais

Having started as late night ramen special pop-up at Seo in midtown east, and continued on later at Kanoyama until the pandemic. Finally revived with it's own store front in LIC serving the famous umami rich ramen, as well as fluffy pancakes, salads, omurice as well as a dazzling array of Japanese style tea, coffee and signature cocktails. Let's check out this continuing iteration and the new items on the menu.
