RW#4 Lunch at The Russian Tea Room

Going for the ambiance, lavish decoration, almost 100 year of history and ticking off lists. Not to expect fast, enthusiastic service for the high society Afternoon Tea according to many reviews. Personally will probably order Blinchik and Boeuf à la Stroganoff from 2 course lunch $39 (tax & tip included). Before you ask, it is own by a upstate financial group, no connection to current Russian oligarchs.
