Let's finish the end of year SE Asian cuisine tour in Korea, at one of Hand Hospitality Group's OG restaurants specializing in homestyle comfort dishes, with many non-traditional modern touches. Will be trying two of the hotpots to combat the cold weather, as well as plenty of meats and appetizers. All of it feels incredibly fresh and even light, an unusual combination when you’re eating food that’s spicy and fermented.

This meal will be family style, drinks and deserts will be on separate bill. Estimate ~$35-40 per person (tax & tip included).

Homemade kimchi, pork ribs, squash & tofu in veggie broth

Spicy Grilled Pork Japchae
Sweet potato noodles with marinated grilled pork, pickled radish, mixed greens & Thai chili pepper with Korean soybean sauce
