A staple for Uruguayan cuisine for the past 10 years showcasing the country's country’s meatcentric dishes. Tabaré strives to use local and organic products as much as possible, and values responsible animal stewardship and sustainable fishing practices. The food has a rough-hewn, home-cooking quality that matches the restaurant’s ultracasual vibe.

This meal will be family style, drinks and deserts will be on separate bill. Estimate ~$33-38 per person (tax & tip included).

Traditional Uruguayan grass-fed filet mignon sandwich, fried organic egg, bacon, Provolone, black forest ham, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, bibb lettuce, beefsteak tomato, Spanish olives, aioli, fries.

Homemade Pappardelle x2
Homemade pappardelle, Portobello-truffle cream.

Churrasco x2
Skirt steak 10 oz. (local, pasture-raised, hormone free, all natural prime beef) chimichurri, lard confit potatoes, green salad (optional add fried egg).
