What began as monthly pasta nights held briefly at Ciao, Gloria pre-pandemic, Pasta Night offers a menu of pasta classics with some contemporary twists, as well as seasonal appetizers, a selection of entrees, and a variety of Italian desserts, all in a relaxed, cozy environment. Pasta Night is inspired by Renato’s childhood summers in Sicily, as well as the rustic Italian countryside and the artwork and energy of 1980s Italy.
This meal will be family style, drinks and deserts will be separate. Estimate ~$33-38 per person (tax & tip included).

Pane Cunzato
Warm house made focaccia bread with dressed olive oil.
Burrata
With pear compote, arugula and focaccia.
Calamari
Served with a zesty house made giardiniera and our PN sauce.
Diavola Pizza
Marinara, mozzarella, soppressata, and house made hot honey.
Pesto
Radiatori pasta in basil pesto, with pecorino and poached, slow roasted tomatoes.
Cacio e Pepe
Mafalde tossed in a silky pecorino, romano cheeses and cracked black pepper sauce.
Broccolini e Salsiccia
Cavatelli with sausage and sautéed broccolini, garlic and lemon. Topped with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
The Big Ragu
Lumache tossed with golden tomato sauce, slow braised beef ragu, topped with a luxurious Parmesan cream and finished with Pecorino.
Chicken Milanese
Chicken breast pounded thin, breaded and fried. Topped with a salad of arugula, portobello mushrooms, lemon and shaved Parmesan.
