Named as the most Authentic Szechuan Cuisine in North America, chef Zhong Qing Wang graduated from the Chengdu Culinary College training from several Sichuan masters and studied at Huaxia International Training Hotel. He moved to the US over 20 years ago, working at renowned restaurants attracting celebrities such as Jack Ma, Bernie Sanders, Lei Jun and more. Let's sample this menu, featuring over 180 authentic Chinese dishes, crafted in the tradition of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province.
