Authentic Mexican flavors meet artisanal craft cocktails in a lively ambiance at Ayy Chihuahua. Experience the essence of Mexico in every dish and drink. Opened in late 2023, offering $30 combo brunches, with signature cocktail menu crafted in partnership with acclaimed mixologists such as Jose Maria Donde Rangel from Panorama Mezcal and seasoned artisans of former Sushi Samba.
This meal will be family style, dessert & drinks will be separate. Estimate ~$38-43 per person (tax & tip included).

Fondued Chihuahua cheese with chorizo topped with pico de gallo served w/ homemade tortilla chips

Street corn off the cob with epazote, lime-mayo, queso fresco, and a hint of chile powder
Aguachile x2
Shrimp in a serrano lime marinade, sea salt, cucumber, and raw onions, garnished with avocado, served with chips
Branzino al Carbon
Whole deboned branzino seasoned with garlic, chile ancho and guajillo, olive oil, served on a bed of sauteed vegetables
NY Strip Steak
Grilled 14 oz NY Strip Steak, served with a small house salad and fried rice (contains egg, sesame oil and mixed vegetables)
