Mexican Brunch at Animo!

Recently opened after expansion into the adjacent space, Animo! was born from Roberto’s desire to bring to New York the authentic Mexican breakfast experience he grew up with in Monterrey, Mexico. Every dish is built from scratch in-house, guided by technique, discipline, and deep respect for Mexican culinary traditions, never cutting corners, always honoring the authenticity of each recipe. It’s a polished, efficient, and heavily branded counter-service spot where the tortillas are made-to-order, the salsa verde is fresh and zippy, and all the pan dulce crowding the pastry case is replenished every morning. Definitely want to try the fresh Concha con Nata and Chilaquiles Divorciados.
