DubuHaus offers a delightful array of traditional and contemporary Korean dishes, each thoughtfully prepared to highlight the unique texture and taste of seasonal ingredients. Every dish begins with freshly made dubu, prepared each morning using time-honored Korean methods. The dubu is crafted from organic, non-GMO soybeans—pure, plant-based, and gluten-free. The first bite on everyone’s table is wet, fresh, crumbled dubu that looks like cottage cheese and tastes nutty—like roasted soy beans that just got out of a milk bath.

This meal will be 3 course prix fixe, drinks will be separate. Estimate $40 per person (tax & tip included).
