A new addition to Brighton just opened a couple of months ago - think tapas French style, think small plates which can be shared, or eaten alone. Not one of the cheaper venues, but already has great reviews and I believe worth a try.
They have carefully selected an enticing menu inspired by well-known French classics and given a modern twist with seasonal ingredients. The menu offers a selection of dishes which are meant to be shared and enjoyed together. An equal amount of attention has been given to a wine list, which is comprised with high quality yet affordable wines from different region of France. We have used some of the best wine producers from the regions of Burgundy, Alsace, Languedoc and Bordeaux.
