I would like to invite you for a Chinese meal out at Preston Street. I’ve never been myself but heard good things and the food looks delicious.

Noodles are incredibly popular in Shaanxi Province, China, mainly because of the region's climate that favours wheat cultivation, making noodles a staple food.
The historical influence of the Silk Road, which brought diverse culinary traditions, resulted in a unique and varied noodle culture, with the most famous example being the thick, hand-pulled "biang biang" noodles of Xi'an.
