Welcome to our Dinner & Dancing meetup group.
Why should you join us? . To enjoy a pleasant evening of dancing, eating good food, and meeting new people.. I will be teaching a dance lesson to start, so yes beginners are welcome.
This is a chance to become a flower instead of a wallflower... a chance to have a left AND a right foot, not 2 left feet... a chance to make your wife (who loves to dance) very happy, . and a chance to make new friends (whether you come alone or with someone). ... My goal is to create places where people can come together, dance, talk, and enjoy a meal together.
There are two friendly social events that I offer.
*Tuesday Night Social Dance
We start with a dance lesson, followed by a social dance.
*Thursday Night Salsa Class
Beginner and Intermediate level students.

Join our Thursday night Salsa class
No partner is required for this class.8:00 pm Beginner level
8:30 pm Advanced beginner and Intermediates
9:00 - 9:30 pm Solid Intermediates (by Lisa's invitation only)
*Intermediates dance on 2.Beginner students should join the class on the 1st week of the month, if possible. The 2nd week at the latest.
This is so that beginners will feel comfortable.
The pace of the class gradually increases throughout the month.Intermediate students are encourage to come at 8:00 pm
to encourage the beginners, and to work on their own technical skills.

WOMEN'S DANCE & EXERCISE CLASS - HACKENSACK NJ

We will strengthen and stretch using Pilates, Yoga and dance exercises.
Then we will dance.
Learn shoulder rolls, shimmies, arm stylings, balance, how to turn and lots of fun steps to try when social dancing.
Our focus is on Latin dancingGet in shape and have fun dancing!
WHAT TO BRING
You will need a yoga mat to lie on.
Dress comfortably and bring your dance shoes.
