This is an exercise & dance class just for women.
We will strengthen and stretch our bodies.
This is a low key class. Not competitive. Everyone goes at their own pace.
I promise you will feel more limber and alive after my class!

We also dance!
I alternate months between Latin music and American R&B music.
Get in shape and have fun dancing!

WHAT TO BRING
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we have mats.
Dress comfortably and shoes you like to dance in.
