Hunan style 湘菜 refers to a hot and spicy style of Chinese cooking, characterized by bold, savory, and chili-hot flavors. It's one of the Eight Great Traditions of Chinese cuisine. Hunan dishes are known for their use of chilies, garlic, and fermented black beans, resulting in a distinct spicy and savory taste. YUMMY!

It's a very immersive eating environment, with all the popular street names hanging on the wall, very homely. It is my hometown food by the way. I can make some good suggestions, and we can share a few dishes together if you guys like.

Join us for a unique and multicultural experience at our upcoming event! We will start the night with a drink and/or delicious dinner at Kakilang Char Koay Teow where you can explore the flavors of Malaysian Street Food/ Dessert and socialize with fellow foodies.

To end the evening on a high note, we will head to a nearby bar for a drink. Alternatively, we could go to a Karaoke place. Let's keep multiple options open and play by ear.
