Play Diplomacy in Philadelphia

OK so a few New Yorkers asked me about the annual Philadelphia tournament so I thought I'd post here to communicate details. If you're interested see me for the rest of the info. These are very fun events. You get to meet people from all around the US, and often internationally. Philly has terrific good and is a fantastic tourist destination.
