Gathering / Seeds: Come for a good threshing

Yes, there will be actual threshing.
Join Dirty Gaia for an afternoon of storytelling, hands-on threshing, and seedy snacks! Explore the power of seeds with K Greene, founder of Hudson Valley Seed Co and now at Hudson Valley Farm Hub. Learn about seed keeping, native and pollinator plants, and the stories seeds carry, then try threshing yourself.

Bring plants to thresh or seeds to share; extras can go to the Morton Seed Library. Kids can enjoy seed-related art with Art-A-Go-Go Creation Station.

Free and open to all, experienced seed savers and curious beginners alike!

Sunday, November 15, 2–4pm
Morton Memorial Library, Rhinecliff
