Book Club-"A Disability History of the United States" (Week One)

Announcing a new book club series, reading and discussing the book "A Disability History of the United States" by Kim E. Nielsen. Please come with at least one comment about a specific part of the book as well as one question for us to discuss. Even though the meeting will be held over zoom, it wiould be so much fun if everyone had a special little snack for themselves to enjoy while we talked, or a nice beverage in a fancy cup! Even though this is an important and often heavy topic of discussion, I want us to enjoy our time together, so please come with an attitude of respect and friendship.
