Introduction to Buddhist Thought and Practice

Are you new to Buddhism and are looking for a simple place to start? Want to know what Buddhists practice? Or if you can use their practices in your life without becoming a Buddhist?

Come and join these free weekly sessions of “Introduction to Buddhist thought and practice” led by an experienced Buddhist monk, Ajahn Sādaro.

Over four sessions, you will learn the basics of what Buddhists believe and how you can apply these teachings to your own life for greater contentment and happiness. There will be a short guided meditation and opportunity to ask any questions related to Buddhism in each session.

Friday, 3rd November 7-8pm: Where do I start?
Friday, 10th November 7-8pm: What are the most important Buddhist ideas?
Friday, 17th November 7-8pm: What is the main benefit of practicing Buddhism?
Friday, 24th November 7-8pm: How do I practice Buddhism?

These free sessions are suitable for those who are new or interested in learning about Buddhism and meditation. Registration is not required.
