What we’re about

### Welcome to Our Neurodivergent Village!

Hi, I’m a 45-year-old single mum with AUDHD (Autism + ADHD) living in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. My 6-year-old son also has AUDHD, and like many of you, I know how important it is to have a supportive community where we can truly be ourselves.

This group is for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, thinks they might have ADHD or Autism, or simply feels like their mind works differently from most people.

Our goal is to create a neurodivergent village—a safe, inclusive space where we can:

🌟 Support each other through shared experiences
🌟 Build friendships and connections
🌟 Organize fun, family-friendly activities
🌟 Provide a safe place for our children to thrive

As a counsellor with a special interest in relationships and neurodiversity, I’ve realized how many neurodivergent individuals—and their families or loved ones—struggle to find the support they need. Not everyone can afford counselling or coaching, so I want this group to be a welcoming and accessible space where everyone feels supported.

In addition to this meetup, I’ve dedicated 4 sessions per week to providing affordable counselling for those experiencing financial difficulties. If you have a pensioner card, I offer sessions for just $60.
For more information, feel free to contact me at **info@discoverneurodiversity.com**.

I plan to host both online and face-to-face events and hope that others in the group will volunteer to host events from time to time as well. Together, we can create a space that celebrates our differences and fosters belonging.

If this resonates with you, come join us! Whether you're in Melbourne or anywhere in the world, everyone is welcome. Let’s build this community together. ❤️
