We’re borrowing a format inspired by other reading party clubs (e.g. Reading Rhythms): part quiet reading session, part conversation, part cozy hangout! Bring whatever you’re actually excited to read—fiction, nonfiction, poetry, essays, a favorite childhood novel of yours, graphic novel, Kindle, whatever :)

📖 **What to Expect**

We’ll start with time to just settle in and meet people. Then:

**25 minutes — Read together** Pick a comfy spot and enter your literary world.

**15 minutes — Pair conversation** Meet someone new and talk about what you’re reading, why you picked it, or something that caught your attention.

**25 minutes — Read together again** Back into the book cave.

**20 minutes — Small-group convo** We’ll split into groups based loosely on what our books are making us think about—relationships, how to live, society, imagination, or just reading for fun.

**15 minutes — Hang** Mix and mingle, swap book rec's, enjoy the rest of the evening.

**A few notes**

We’ll have a few extra books on hand if you forget yours.

You also do not need to be a “big reader” to come. The whole idea is pretty simple: spend some quiet time reading in a room full of people, then use what you read as a jumping-off point for good convo.
