Masterclass: Discovering Bitcoin

Details

A masterclass on what Bitcoin is and why it matters

Bitcoin is everywhere. If you're not paying attention, you should be. Bitcoin's presence and influence is growing daily, far beyond mere financial speculation.

From Cuba to Lebanon, Nigeria to Canada, individuals are leveraging Bitcoin to address real-world monetary challenges. Every day, thousands dedicate their talents to enhance Bitcoin's capabilities and reach.

Yet, despite its growing significance, Bitcoin remains a complex and often misunderstood phenomenon. What exactly is Bitcoin? How does it differ from traditional financial instruments like bank accounts and credit cards? Why does Bitcoin matter in a world abundant with financial technologies?

Join us for an intensive one-day masterclass into these questions about the nature and value of Bitcoin.

We will explore these questions against the workings of the traditional financial and monetary system. So along the way you will also learn a lot about computer networks, the workings of modern payment systems, and the creation of money in modern economies.
