Consists of 20 minutes yoga, followed by 40 minutes of qigong, and 30 minutes of meditation. Everyone is welcome to stay from 11:30am until 12:00pm to hang out and chat.

NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, and water.
