What we’re about
If you have ever thought about opening up your own food truck business, then we already have something in common! We just purchased our first truck and are at the beginning stages of the food truck business. We will be documenting our discoveries for a future publication. If you have an established food truck business or are considering starting one, this group is for you.
We will be spending this Spring and Summer visiting some of the best food trucks, like the Slutty Vegan, to learn some best practices while eating some delicious food! We will also have guest speakers from companies like Roaming Hunger and Thumbtack to learn about marketing strategies.
As we grow, Food Truck Vendors can bring their trucks out to try their latest menu item and we can share information on the best events to attend. This is not designed for those who look at other food truck operators as "the competition". We are here to learn from each other and grow collectively.
