Why I Created This Community
After traveling to over 30 countries, I realized how extraordinarily unique Japan is. It’s not just about the cleanliness or the punctuality; it’s about the mindset of "thoughtfulness and respect" for others, nature, and objects.
Japan offers an overwhelming diversity where entire districts function as worlds of their own. Whether it's the fashion of Aoyama or the craftsmanship of local artisans, there is world-class excellence to be found in every corner. My journey with Japan's culture became my passion after a life of diverse experiences—from navigating business challenges to traveling the world and living in New York. Having lost much during the pandemic, I chose to pursue the path of world-class gastronomy. Now based in Barcelona, I am dedicated to sharing the richness of Japanese culture with people who are genuinely interested in discovering its true essence.
