From Colorado to Asia & Africa: A Mother-Daughter Peace Corps Journey

Join us for an interactive conversation about life in the Peace Corps from two volunteers currently serving in the field. Rebekah is serving in Zambia, and Lynn is serving in the Philippines. As a mother and daughter serving at two different stages of life, we will share what this experience has been like so far. We will walk through the full journey, from deciding to apply and navigating the application process to landing in our countries, training, safety and support, and what day-to-day life looks like.

Whether you are exploring a career transition, considering volunteer service, thinking about travel with purpose, or simply curious about what we are doing, this is a chance to ask questions and hear our reflections on what it is like to live and work as international volunteers. Come connect, learn, and catch up with Lynn and Rebekah while they are home for just a few days.
This event will be held at Columbine Public Library in Littleton, CO at 13:00 (MT). Registration is NOT required, but helpful.
