let’s escape the summer heat in Prague and try paddleboarding! It is a fun summer activity and a low impact exercise combining balance, strength, and endurance.
HIGHLIGHTS
• 2-3 hours of paddle boarding & swimming

DIFFICULTY: Easy (you only need to be able to swim)
MEETING TIME & PLACE: At 9:30 am, Prague Main Train Station
The train ride to Pardubice takes about an hour, and then another 20 min by bus to the riverside.
We will paddle board for some 2 to 3 hours and then do a bit of sightseeing in the old town of Pardubice. We will top off the day with dinner in a nice local restaurant.
You should arrive back at Prague Main Train Station by 9:00 pm.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
Swim wear, sun cream, hat, water and a packed lunch / snack
