Details
Richard Foss is a member of the Culinary Historians of Southern California and on Saturday, March 22nd at 1PM he’ll explain the rich history of food to-go here in Los Angeles. Chuck wagons (with food trucks being their modern day equivalent) date back to the 1880s when horse-drawn wagons delivered refreshments to 19th century night workers and bar denizens. Learn how they morphed over the years to what we know today.
Richard's lectures are always informative and fun.
Ascot Branch Library is on Florence (at Main) 2 blocks east of the 110.
