Bike Historic Midtown Sarasota

This is a historic bike ride at speeds around 9-10 mph with frequent stops to discuss important historical buildings and events in Sarasota's history.

Starting from The Municipal Auditorium (see photo above), some of the highlights will include the Auditorium, The Chidsey Library, The Blue Pagoda, The Sarasota Garden Club, The Bay, Van Wezel, Centennial Park and Boat Ramp, Tahiti Park and The Historic Society of Sarasota, which features two of the older buildings in Sarasota.

BRING: a road ready bike (please test it before coming), helmet (mandatory), water, sunscreen, snacks, etc.
