Bike Payne Park to New College

This casual ride is about 15-16 miles at speeds between 10-13 mph.

Some of the interesting areas we'll ride by include The Bazaar on Apricot and Lime, Sarasota African American Art, Culture and History Center, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Indian Beach, Ringling Museum, New College and The Charles Ringling mansion, Caples Hall, Sapphire Shores Park, Rosemary Cemetery, WSLR/Fogartyville, Rosemary District and Gillespie Park. This is mostly riding, not much history.

We'll take a short bathroom break at Caples Hall and a longer break at a mini-park on Bayshore Rd. facing the bay.

BRING: road ready bike, helmet (mandatory), water, co2 cartridge or spare tube for flats and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.
