Most doctors in India are dealing with AI whether they signed up for it or not. It's showing up in radiology reports, discharge summaries, diagnostic tools, hospital admin systems.

And the reality is that most clinicians haven't had the time or the right space to actually understand what's going on under the hood.

This workshop is two mornings, small group, run by clinicians and data scientists who work at this intersection full time.

Day 1: is about how clinical AI actually works in real hospital environments, messy data, incomplete records, high stakes decisions.

Day 2: gets into language models, safe deployment, and
how to design workflows where the clinician stays in control.

No prior tech background needed.
