Day 1: Pitch Evening

Date of Event Friday, 27th Sep 2019, 6 PM Onwards goes on till Sunday 29th Sep 9 PM

What exactly will happen at this event?
-The participants have 60 seconds to make a pitch (optional)
-All the pitches are whittled down to the top ideas
-Teams form around the ideas and work over the course of the weekend to develop prototypes, Conduct research and create pitches.
-A community of experienced mentors (mentioned below) are available on Saturday and Sunday to assist the teams with their product development, marketing strategies, presentation and more.
-The weekend culminates with presentations in front of an audience of judges and potential investors.

Who can Attend
Anyone and everyone interested in jumping on the startup bandwagon, launching their own venture or joining a new venture team, and willing to network and form valuable connections.

What do you need to bring?

Lots of energy! You'll pitch your own idea or listen to others, then vote on the most interesting ideas and form teams with diverse skill sets. You can come with friends, but you’ll get the full experience if you participate in separate teams. Remember, it’s all about the team.
Your idea should be something you have not previously worked on. The idea you pitch and the problem you set out to solve can span social, educational, financial, environmental, or other issues. Over the course of the weekend you'll be challenged to create a prototype of your MVP, or minimum viable product, that fits the needs of your target customer. You'll get feedback, iterate, and likely pivot your approach entirely! Important: You cannot have worked previously on your idea.
