Join monthly virtual meetups, where real talk meets real support. As your moderator, I’ll keep the conversation flowing, support sharp insights, and keep the vibe honest and uplifting as appropriate. Every session is a judgment-free zone because success grows best in supportive soil. Let’s grow together.

Our confidence can be taken down by a few words, or one client, or one project team to go sideways, or even by the wrong self-glance in a mirror. Sometimes, it is as simple as the mood or state of being in a given moment. Sometimes, it is a pile-on of challenges in a single day. Confidence can rock out self-crafted ships - the creative, entrepreneurial vessels that carry us from concept to client.Questions to consider:
- How do you manage through an episode of shaken confidence?
- How do you challenge your negative self-talk?
- With whom can you share when in a most vulnerable state? Why?
- How do your core beliefs play into these moments of reorganization/restrengthening?
What is it? A Disruptive Cheerleading space is one of honest discussion and collaboration, to support each other through our challenges and successes as entrepreneurs. This is a talking circle for bonding as business owners across the world. It will be hosted virtually via Zoom.
Who should join? You consider yourself an entrepreneur, or solopreneur, or new startup director, or business owner doing all or most of all the hat wearing, from any industry or profession.
What should you bring? Come into the space with
- an open mindset
- a recent win or lesson learned of any size that can be shared and celebrated, and
- Some paper and drawing implements or tablet with drawing/sketching capability.
The agenda is basic and I’ll let it take an organic flow in alignment with time:
