This is a 40-minute online peer conversation for individuals living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).
The goal is to create a respectful, grounded space where people can share experiences and speak openly about daily life with dissociation.

• A space for connection and mutual understanding

• Not group therapy
• Not a replacement for professional care
• Not a crisis service
This space is for conversation and shared lived experience.
How It Will Flow
• Brief welcome and guidelines at the start
• Optional introductions
• Open sharing
• Gentle close at the 40-minute mark
Participation is always optional.
Guidelines
• Confidentiality is essential
• No recording
• Speak from personal experience
• No advice-giving unless requested
• Respect all parts and lived experiences
