About Us: Distilling Dames is a community of women who meets every second Thursday of the month to explore the world of distillation, spirits, and cocktail culture. You will craft your own bitters, deep dive into cocktail genres and have the opportunity for hands-on distillation activities. Each gathering offers something unique, and always includes educational activities, beverages and time with like minded spirited women.
This community is proudly supported by Slow Food Boulder County, reflecting our shared values of education, connection, and the celebration of time-honored traditions. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
