The Lewis Smith Toastmasters is a local club under Toastmasters International. We improve our communication, public speaking and listening skills by working with others in a fun, enjoyable and supportive environment.
People join Toastmasters for all sorts of reasons. Some join to strengthen their job related presentations. Others join to develop confidence speaking and listening in English. Yet others join to develop skills such as leading and conducting meetings, skills that are helpful for both volunteer work and in the work place.
We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 3820 Aspen Hill Rd Silver Spring MD 20906 (St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church -directly behind Aspen Hill Giant), at 7:30 PM.
