This is a one-on-one session.

This session's main focus is about self-discovering/understanding oneself and self improvement to reach a fulfilling, happy and self-loving state.

This is similar to therapy without the "term" therapy with an addition of learning behaviors, understanding how people influence your life and how to use new skills to improve your everyday life.

Note: This is not your typical conventional mental session. This session is about facing the truth and seeing yourself and this reality without a filter along with learning behavioral patterns about the human mind.

Topics that we may discuss along with self understanding:

- Improving self-confidence
- Reaching a happier quality of life
- Understanding what drives one to fulfillment
- Understanding your own behaviors (and others as well)
- Understanding your greatest mental strengths as a non neurotypical
- Understanding human social awareness
- How to overcome your fears
- Overcoming the nice person and becoming more genuine and assertive
- Improving your body language and social communication
- Understanding acceptance
- Being more confident in dating
- Dissolving “negative behaviors” such as seeing yourself lesser than others
- Aligning with your Masculine/Feminine energy
And more!
Also balancing, dissolving the ego/working with the ego and spirituality (if you are spiritual).

Note: Too some I may offer a blueprint of your life, and there is not much you can do but understand why your life has unfolded such way.
