Welcome to Divergent Tabletop!
We’re a relaxed, welcoming, Cape Town-based group for anyone who is autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent—or just struggles with anxiety, socializing, or feeling out of place. Whether you’ve got a diagnosis, are self-discovering, or just want a space that feels easier to exist in—you’re welcome here.
We meet up to play board games, chat, and just hang out in a low-pressure, friendly space.
Don’t worry if you’ve never played a game before or feel awkward—we’ll happily explain how everything works, and you can join in when you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to play if you’d rather just watch or chat, and nobody minds if you need a break or quiet time.

Neurodivergent? New to board games? Socialising can feel awkward? We’ve got you.
Join us for a relaxed, neurodivergent-friendly evening of board and card games—no experience needed! We’ll introduce you to a variety of easy-to-learn games designed to break the ice and spark fun conversation.
You’ll have a friendly host (that’s me!) to guide you and teach the rules—whether you’re in the mood for wordplay, bluffing, strategy, or just some laughs.
What to expect:
