Sidewalk Talk Community Connection Event

Hello everyone!
This isn't our first official event as a group, but I wanted everyone to know about it in case they would like to attend. I will be there and will connect with anyone in the group who wants to come. Our first official meeting date and time will be posted soon.

Event Date and Time: May 6, 2025, from 4–7 PM
Event Location: Delmar Boulevard near Ruth Porter Mall ( outside the Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers – Delmar Location 5701 Delmar Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63112 )
Event Type: Field Trip

Sidewalk Talk is an organization which promotes community connections through deep, heart-centered listening. They set up in public places throughout the US and invite people to share whatever is on their mind and their heart one-on-one with someone. This group is currently traveling throughout the Midwest holding listening events in various communities. This event is looking for people to talk about their life experiences and to be listeners. People who would like to talk can show up any time throughout the event. People who want to be listeners should sign up at this link (Listener Signup )and will take a short online or in person training to prepare. Listeners won't be required to listen for the full 3 hours, but will work with organizers to choose a listening time slot.
