Philadelphia Zoo Social Meetup

📢 Important Update: Due to the Philadelphia Fan Festival taking place near Boathouse Row on the day of our event, we’ve updated our plans to help make the day as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Instead of meeting for lunch beforehand, we’ll now meet directly at the Philadelphia Zoo at 1:00 PM. This change will make it easier for everyone to arrive and will also give us more time to explore the zoo together. Thank you for your understanding!

Join us for a fun and relaxed afternoon exploring the Philadelphia Zoo! Whether you’re a longtime member or joining us for the first time, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, enjoy great conversation, and spend the day discovering amazing animals together.

We’ll explore the zoo at a relaxed pace, visiting our favorite exhibits, taking breaks as needed, and enjoying each other’s company throughout the afternoon. Since the zoo is quite large, we’ll have plenty of time to see the animals and explore together.

Feeling hungry? No problem! The zoo has several food and beverage locations where you can purchase lunch, snacks, or refreshments at any time during the event.

🕐 1:00 PM – Meet at the main entrance of the Philadelphia Zoo
🦒 1:15 PM – Enter the zoo and begin exploring together
🕔 5:00 PM – Event concludes

Everyone is responsible for purchasing their own zoo admission.
Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the zoo.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
We’ll be walking for much of the afternoon, so feel free to bring water, sunscreen, or anything else you’ll need to stay comfortable.

While many of our members are neurodivergent, this event is not an autism support group, therapy session, or professional support service. Our gatherings are intended to be relaxed social outings rather than spaces for therapeutic or crisis support.
