This workshop is curated to help you understand your trauma responses: fight, flight, fawn, freeze, fuck when triggered!! Learning how to stay in the body and transform your response and reaction to your experience, deepening safety and trust with yourself. Hilary and Ally will be teaching you about the 5 responses, how to identify them, what they feel like in the body in real time and how to understand when you're uncomfortable versus being unsafe! You will leave with tools to apply to real life, easily!
