Christmas Eve Sound Journey (Ecstatic Dance + Sound healing)

The event begins with Circle ⭕. We share our intentions for our Sound Journey and Dance. This is a sacred healing space. Leave your shoes in the cubbies. Entering the dance is not consent to touch and be touched. Assume the other participants do not want to be touched unless invited through clear gestures. Once circle ends, and the Sound Journey begins there is no talking. This space is an invitation to explore deeply your own feelings and boundaries, as well as a place for sharing energy and emotion with others in a fully protected and safe vessel. Follow the lead of your hosts. It is perfectly acceptable to enjoy the dance from the floor, stretching or meditating. This is the place to feel your freedom, your joy, your grief, your anger, in a safe way through exploring your body's ways of moving and feeling without hurting anyone or being hurt.
