Divorce Options Class

Divorce Options(R) is a free class, offered once a month by Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley and taught by our members, usually a financial professional, a family law attorney and a counselor/mediator who specializes in divorce.

It's for anyone who is considering divorce...and is meant to help folks understand their options for HOW to divorce and some of the emotional, legal, parenting, and financial issues they will encounter once they begin.

We teach the class because we are passionate about helping folks to divorce wisely, with respect and dignity, whether they do it themselves or use traditional representation, mediation, or Collaborative Divorce.
